Adissia Launches Residential Plots with All Amenities Near Kovaipudur, Coimbatore
Residential plots developed by Adissia Developers near CBM College, adjacent to Kovaipudur, were inaugurated today (Saturday). MK Group Founder Manikandan officially opened the event by cutting the ribbon.
Speaking about the project, MK Group Founder Mr. Manikandan and Public Relations Director Antony Fabiyus said: “Over 50 residential plots are available for sale through Adicia Developers, ranging from 400 square feet to 4000 square feet. The site includes amenities such as municipal water supply, electricity, tarred roads, street lighting, parks for children, parks for senior citizens, walking tracks, and roadside trees.”
“In the Coimbatore Pudur area, land prices have reached up to Rs. 15 lakhs per cent. However, as part of the inaugural offer, plots will be sold at Rs. 12.5 lakhs per cent for the next three days,” they added.
Adissia Developers will maintain the area for the next two years.
