Applications open for postgraduate courses
Online applications for postgraduate (PG) courses in Tamil Nadu government arts and science colleges for the 2023-24 academic year will commence from August 14 (Monday). The last date for applying is August 22.
As per the directions of the Directorate of Collegiate Education, students can apply online in the following websites – www.tngasa.in, www.tngasa.org. Apart from online applications, students can approach admission facilitation centres (AFCs), and the location of these centres can be found in the above-mentioned websites.
General category students should pay an application fee of ₹58 and a registration fee of ₹2, while there is no application fee for SC/ST students, but they should only pay a registration fee of ₹2.
R Ulagi, principal, Government Arts College, Coimbatore, said the college offers 21 postgraduate programmes in both shift I and II, and total intake in the first year will be 557 (except MCA) students.
