Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women signed an MoU with Adhinidhi Nutriment Products Private Limited, an industry at Palakkad, Kerala on Friday.
The agreement is for analyzing nutrient composition in Cordyceps Militaris is a Himalayan Golden Mushroom. Cordyceps Militaris has immense medicinal properties potential anti-cancer, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-ageing, and anti-microbial properties. These potential benefits make it an ideal food supplement to boost immunity.
Adhinithi Nutriment Products Private Limited, Palakkad, Kerala is successfully continuing to cultivate Cordyceps Militaris variety mushroom at their facility. In the upcoming phases, they are developing an integrated ecosystem.
