Camford International School’s 15th Investiture Ceremony held
The Camford International School conducted the 15 th Investiture Ceremony on 6 th July, 2024. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Commandant Dinesh P Dahiwadkar CISF (Ministry of Home Affairs) Govt. of India, Coimbatore International Airport.
The students were invested with the duties with a Sash and Badge. The honours were done with a
solemn ceremony as the young leaders took the oath to perform their duties as school council leaders
with sincerity. Lakshya Bhardwaj has been invested with the responsibility of School Head Boy and
Sneha J.B as School Head Girl.
Commandant Dinesh P Dahiwadkar delivered a poignant address to the students, underscoring the
indispensable qualities of effective leadership. He implored the students to fully leverage the school
facilities and opportunities, emphasizing the significance of physical robustness, adaptability, and the
ability to inspire and support their peers.
The Chief Guest further enriched the discourse by highlighting that the refinement of skills is an
iterative process, and that accumulated experience plays a pivotal role in guiding young minds toward
fulfilling and purposeful lives.
Commandant Dinesh P Dahiwadkar also expressed profound admiration for the student body’s artistic prowess, particularly lauding their spectacular music and dance performances that followed the
inauguration of new leaders. He underscored the School Band’s role in ceremoniously welcoming
esteemed guests, describing it as a captivating visual spectacle.
The Chairman Mr. Arul Ramesh, Correspondent Mrs. Poongothai Arul Ramesh and Principal Dr. Poonam Syal graced the occasion with their presence and presented the Chief Guest with a
memento.
