CBSE Term 1 Exam 2022 are scheduled to begin for classes 10, 12. The Board will be conducting a mock drill and sending OMR sheets to schools tomorrow, Nov 15, 2021. The exams will begin on Nov 16 and more details are available on cbse.gov.in. CBSE has even released the timings for the same and has informed that schools can download it at noon.

Meanwhile, CBSE has also released the admit cards for Term 1 Board Exams that have been distributed to students by schools. The exam paper will have objective type questions and will be held for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Important Points From CBSE Circular:
OMR is demystified by providing the following information:
⇒ Details of the candidates will be pre-filled in the OMR.
⇒ Students have to write a Question Paper Code in the upper right corner in the space provided for the same. Question Paper Code will be written on the Question Paper.
⇒ Students have to write in his/her hand in the space provided.
“I confirm that all particulars given above are correct” and sign in the running hand on OMR.
⇒ Only a Blue/Black ballpoint pen is to be used for filling in desired information and for giving responses.
⇒ Use of pencil is strictly prohibited. If it is found that the candidate has used the pencil for filling OMR, this will be considered as the use of unfair means and action will be taken against the candidate as per unfair means rules.

Same-day evaluation:
Starting this year, the CBSE will evaluate the answer sheets on the day of the exam at the centre itself before they are uploaded or sent to regional offices. The answer sheets will be mapped at the centre, the score recorded and the sheets will then be sent to the respective regional offices. The CBSE will also be sharing videos on the new answer sheets as well as the evaluation process for candidates and teachers.

Schools are requested that based on the information provided by the CBSE, practice sessions should be organized for the students. A record says that 36 lakh class 10 and 12 students will be attending the exams this year.
