Coimbatore to host 5 Food Industry Exhibitions at One grand venue this Wednesday

Chennai-based Business to Business (B2B) exhibition organizer Synergy Exposures and Events announced on Sunday that it will be organizing five different food industry-related exhibitions at a single venue in the city from July 3rd to 5th.
This event aims to provide culinary businesses in South India with an opportunity to witness the latest technology-driven innovations in the food and hospitality sector.
Sasi Kumar G., Vice President, and Brijesh Edwards, Director of Synergy Exposures, announced that the five expos are:- the 9th edition of HoReCa Expo (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering & Cafe), the 15th edition of Bakers Technology Fair, the 3rd Edition of Food & Drink Processing Expo, the 2nd edition of Dairy Processing Expo, and the 3rd edition of India Food Pack Expo. These expos will be held at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex in Coimbatore.
The previous editions were held in Telangana last year, and this year, the expos will be held in Coimbatore.
T.P.Rangharaaj, better known as ‘Madhampatty’ Rangharaaj, Chairman of Madhampatty Group of companies took part as the Chief Guest of the launch event, and launched the expos.
During the press conference, Sasi Kumar G. and Brijesh Edwards mentioned that these events will feature more than 300 exhibitors from across India. Delegations and exhibitors from eight countries, including Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, and Gulf Countries, will be participating. Out of the total 300+ exhibitors, over 100 will be from Coimbatore and the rest from Tamil Nadu.
Along with Indian brands, exhibitors from Spain, Italy, Germany, the USA, and the UK will showcase their products, and new product launches are scheduled to take place at CODISSIA. A total of 20,000+ B2B buyers are expected to visit the expos.
“The trust among buyers, especially from international territories, in culinary equipment and other products made in Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu is phenomenal,” said Brijesh.
A press release from Synergy Exposures stated that the event is supported by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), the All India Food Processors Association (AIFPA), the National Institute of Food Technology (NIFTEM-T), the Society of Indian Bakers (SIB), the South India Hotels and Restaurants Association (SIHRA), the Food Service Consultants Association of India (FSCAI), the South India Chefs Association (SICA), and the Tamil Nadu Caterers Association.
The exhibition will be inaugurated by Mano Thangaraj, Honorable Minister for Milk & Dairy Development, Tamil Nadu, India, on July 3rd.
‘Madhampatty’ Rangharaaj told reporters that nearly 2000 business deals are expected to be made at the expos.The exhibition will be inaugurated by Sri. July 3rd features knowledge sessions on food technology, manufacturing, and scaling up business, while July 4th focuses on Hospitality & Service business seminars at Hall D. Hall A will host product launches and live workshops concurrently.
Entry for students is permitted on July 5th at 2 pm only. Children under 18 years are strictly restricted.
