Under the leadership of Coimbatore Central Jail Superintendent M.Urmila, a training course on making artificial jewels was conducted for women inmates today in the women’s solitary confinement, in collaboration with Coimbatore Nirmala College and Rhythm Charitable Institute of Raphael Ghar State.
This is on the order of Director of Police/ Head of Prisons and Correctional Services Department Amaresh Pujari and it has also been carried out under the guidance of Deputy Director of Coimbatore Jail Department G. Shanmugasundar.
