Chennai Super Kings beat Kolkata Knight Riders by 27 runs in the IPL final 2021 to lift their fourth Indian Premier League title.
It is the number fourth trophy for MS Dhoni and Chennai Super Kings as they won the IPL 2021 title by beating Kolkata Knight Riders by 27 runs.
Ruturaj Gaikwad overtook KL Rahul in the ‘Orange Cap’ race. He provided a strong start to CSK along with fellow opener Faf du Plessis. It had built a strong base for CSK. They got 192 at the end of the innings.
The chase for the total of 193 was started, Initially, the KKR beginners were on fire. But after the 10th over CSK bowlers managed to take series of wickets and paved the way for undoubted victory.
