Enthusiastic reception for Coimbatore players who won the Trophy in National Level Silambam Tournament

Students from Coimbatore won the trophy in the national level Silambam competition held in Goa. In this case, they were given an enthusiastic welcome when they returned to Coimbatore. Both mother and son participated and played in this competition.

The national level silambam competition was held in Goa last week for the players who won the state level silambam competition. Players from various states including Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Punjab, Gujarat, Telangana participated in this.

Competitions were held in various categories including single silambam, double silambam, middle stick, and heavy stick, in which children and adults participated.

Students who won the champion trophy

12 students from Coimbatore won gold medals in this Silambam competition. They have also won the championship title by taking the first place in the overall competition and have captured the trophy.
