Increasing debris in space; NASA postpones space flight!
On Tuesday, the US space agency NASA reportedly postponed a spacewalk planned to take place outside the International Space Station (ISS) due to space debris.
Its astronauts, Thomas Marshburn and Kayla Barron, were to carry out the spacewalk. It took more than six hours of spacewalk to repair the communication antenna. In this case, the space agency tweeted that “NASA has received notice of more debris in the space station”.
“NASA has decided to postpone the November 30 spacewalk until further information is available, as there is no opportunity to accurately assess the risk to astronauts,” NASA said.
