INTEC 2022 inaugurated by CODISSIA in Coimbatore
Coimbatore: The International Machinery and Industrial Trade Fair ‘Index 2022’ started yesterday at the CODISSIA Trade Center, Avinashi Road.
The exhibition will feature companies from the US, Japan, Germany, China, Taiwan, and the Indian states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana and West Bengal. A total of 410 stalls have been set up in 6 halls to exhibit various machinery.
Mechanical robots, electrical products, spindle technologies, hydraulic machinery, tools for industrial motor pumps, compressors, filters, welding and cutting, laser-based technologies, and automotive equipment were amused. Also, the exhibition features a wide variety of engineering and technical features, including bearings, gears, weight handling machines, drilling, and electronics.
The exhibition will run until the 6th of June. Visitors are allowed between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A total of 50,000 visitors are expected and trade of up to Rs 800 crore is expected.
