Karnataka Hijab protests continue… Views of Malala upsets.

Refusing to let girls go to school in hijabs is ‘horrifying’: Malala hits out at Indian leaders “Indian leaders must stop the marginalization of Muslim women,” Malala Yousafzai, who in 2014 became the youngest-ever Nobel Prize winner for her work promoting girls’ education, said.

Amid ongoing controversy over some Karnataka schools refusing entry to students wearing the hijab, Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai on Tuesday (February 8, 2022) hit out at Indian leaders and asked them to stop the marginalization of Muslim women.
