Kongu Arts and Science College in Coimbatore Organized a training programme for students
The Department of Mathematics of Kongu Arts and Science College has organized an outreach activity for the teachers and students of Valayapalayam Government High School, a tribal area of Gobi under DBT Star College Scheme.
Training Programme for School teachers on “Usage of SmartBoard and Teaching Mathematical Software Geogebra” was organized.
Students taught the concept of Vedic Math, skill development activities using computers and donated Math teaching aids & Sports equipment for the school students.
College Correspondent K.Palanisamy, Principal Dr N.Raman, Head of Mathematics Department Dr.S.Nagarajan, faculty members and students effectively arranged the programme.
The event provided a common platform to the school and College students to shape their innovative ideas and share knowledge.
