Students, faculty and staff of KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore wore wrinkled clothes for the “WAH – Wrinkles Achhe Hain” movement to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
This initiative was organized by the Department of EEE, KPRIET in association with the Energy Swaraj Foundation. This will reduce the use of power from coal, which will reduce carbon dioxide emissions, electricity, and related costs.
As the initiative helps reduce climate change, all pledged to wear unpressed wrinkle clothes every Saturday.
