S. Sanjay, KPRIET Volunteer Honoured at NSS Award Ceremony at Anna University
KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology (KPRIET) recently celebrated a proud moment as a student volunteer was recognized for exceptional contributions at the National Service Scheme (NSS) award ceremony at Anna University, Chennai. The event, which highlighted efforts from the years 2023–2024, included awards across various categories for NSS units under Anna University colleges.
Mr. S. Sanjay, a KPRIET student, received the Best NSS Volunteer Award 2024 at the ceremony held on August 2, 2024, at Anna University. His remarkable dedication to community service has significantly impacted the lives of many in the community.
The award was presented by Thiru. Suresh Sambandam, CEO & Founder of Kissflow Inc., with Prof. R. Velraj, Vice-Chancellor of Anna University & Dr. C. Samuel Chelliah Regional Director, Regional Directorate of NSS, Chennai, presiding over the event.
KPRIET is committed to social responsibility through various NSS activities, including tree planting drives, school renovation projects, flood relief campaigns, awareness programs, rallies, and health camps.
The management, staff, and students of KPRIET congratulated Mr. Sanjay for his well-deserved award and expressed their gratitude for his contributions to the NSS program.
