Shivanjali’s Temple of Fine Arts proudly presented “Astitva”, meaning existence, a mesmerising sitar ensemble performance that took audiences on a profound journey through the various stages of life. With 20 beautifully costumed participants on stage, including 16 sitar players and percussionists, the performance was a symphony of talent and emotion. The stage itself was a work of art, with a unique structure built vertically, comprising three layers divided into 18 cubicles. Each participant was seated in a cubicle, creating a grand, palatial effect that added to the ambiance of the performance. Powered by state-of-the-art audio and lighting technology, the presentation was a feast for the senses, with the music coming alive in stunning clarity and brilliance.

As the music unfolded, the audience was transported through the highs and lows of life’s journey, from the innocence of infancy to the introspection of adulthood and the quest for inner peace. This performance was not merely a musical concert but a transformative experience that left a lasting impression on all who were fortunate enough to witness it.
