Mygrozo.com launches the food delivery in its app Mygrozo
Coimbatore. Oct. 7. MyGrozo.com was launched in Coimbatore on 10th of September 2021. Its an aggregator platform that brings the customers and the vendors/ Shops like Supermarkets Fresh Non-veg shops, Restaurants and Sweets shops together and facilitate them to do online trading very conveniently. Mygrozo also facilitate the pickup and delivery system of the orders.
The Food Delivery service in the Mygrozo app was launched today at Taj Vivanta, Coimbatore. The Inauguration was done by Mr. Dhamodarasamy Srinivasan, MD. Sree Annapoorna Group. Mrs. Ranjana Singhal, MD Café Totaram Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Prashanth Subramanian, Co-Founder & Director, Quadrasystems.net India Private Limited were the other Guests present in the Occasion.
During the launch Mr. Manojkumar P., Managing Director, said that it’s a very proud moment for the company. Just in one year Mygrozo have registered more than 150 most reputed brands of Covai, like Pazhamudir, Sri Annapoorna, Kovai Pazhamudhir and Sri Krishna Sweets to name few and also 3000+ registered customers in their App. Today undoubtedly it’s the Biggest and Most Favourite E-Bazaar of Covai and in the coming next 3 years they have the plan to expand their services to 15-20, Tier – 2 Cities across South India starting with Tirupur, Pollachi, Erode and neighbouring state of Kerala.
The Chief Guest Mr. Dhamodarasamy Srinivasan, in his address stressed the need for customer centric business especially with apps like mygrozo. He also requested that employees are taken care and their well being looked into since they are the people who are the face of the business and they should be trained properly given the old age population in the city.
Ms Ranjana Singhal in her address congratulated MyGrozo app on this venture and added if they can take care of the interest of the hotels and food business it would be great, since the cost escalation is passed on to the customers which is not a nice thing to do.
Mr. Prashanth during his speech said it’s the technology world today and we have to use it to serve the people. He also added that the impact of the technology is going to be more than ever in the days to come. He made the first order in the app to mark the occasion.
