PSG Polytechnic College Diploma Award Ceremony 2024
The Diploma Award Ceremony of PSG Polytechnic College was held today (08.06.2024) at PSG College of Technology Quadrangle. Mr. Satish Rajkumar, Head of Digitalization (Battery Optimization and Monitoring) & IT, at Volvo Energy, Volvo Group, Bangalore, India & Gutenberg, Sweden, was the Chief Guest. Dr. B. Giriraj, Principal, PSG Polytechnic College, welcomed the faculties, Chief Guests, Students and Parents.
The Chief Guest, in his address, welcomed the gathering. He shared his 33 years of experience in the industrial field and spoke about current technologies used in automatic ADAS and security systems in vehicles. He motivated the students to keep learning new things and to be creative. He emphasized the importance of working well with others and making strong connections. He advised the students to stay flexible and strong when facing changes and challenges in their careers. He also stressed the need to be honest and to care about the environment in their work. He encouraged the students to follow their passions, and make a positive impact on society.
Dr. Giriraj, Principal, PSG Polytechnic College, administered the Diploma oath to the new 353 Diploma holders who received their Diploma certificates. Among them, 14 students were first-rank holders and were honoured with proficiency awards.
