PSGR Krishnammal College Graduation ceremony held

The graduation ceremony 2022 of PSGR Krishnammal College for Women was held today at the college campus. Dr. Srinivasan, Member Secretary, Tamil Nādu State Council of Science and Technology, Department of Higher education delivered the convocation address and gave the medals and degrees.

Dr. Srinivasan, Member Secretary, Tamil Nādu State Council of Science and Technology, Department of Higher education, in his graduation day address appreciated the institution and the students on their commendable achievement. He stressed on the need to be a committed team player, and never to degrade oneself when setbacks come. He elaborated on the strength and power of women citing examples of Janakiammal and Kalpana Chawla. He said that the progress of the nation rested on the treatment and empowerment of women. He further spoke on the need to have an interdisciplinary approach and improve skill set and always remain a lifelong learner.

Earlier Mrs R Nandini, Chairperson of the GRG Institutions welcomed the gathering. The Secretary of the College, Dr. N. Yesodha Devi delivered the vote of thanks.
