The arrangements for the Chief Minister to watch the event through video display in schools
The inaugural ceremony of the project for skill development for school, college students and youth titled ‘I am the first’ was held at the Chennai Kalaivanar Arena yesterday.
First Minister MK Stalin attended the ceremony and spoke at the launch of the project. In turn, students in all government schools in the Pollachi Education District were arranged to watch the program on video.
Mariammal Girls’ High School in Mahalingapuram, Pollachi has been set up in 2 rooms so that the students can witness the inauguration ceremony of the project for skill development.
The students eagerly listened to the speech of chief-Minister MK Stalin at the ceremony. Then the First-Minister said that one should develop skills with study. Only then, he said, can he achieve in life.
