The Booster Vaccine Camp in Coimbatore!
The Booster vaccination camps are being conducted across Tamil Nadu since yesterday. As part of this, a booster vaccination camp is being held in Coimbatore.
In these camps, booster vaccination is given to those who are pioneers, those over 60 years of age with co-morbidities (diabetes, hypertension) and those who have completed 90 days after the second instalment of vaccination. The camp, which is being held in Coimbatore, has been receiving booster vaccinations since early morning with the enthusiastic front-line staff over 60 years of age.
Commenting on this, Corporation Commissioner Rajagopal Sunkara said:
Coimbatore Corporation has taken special steps to provide booster dose vaccination to the elderly over 60 years of age with co-morbidities. Accordingly, senior citizens over 60 years of age with co-morbidities can go to their homes and be vaccinated if they register their details by calling 0422-2302323.
In addition, those who have not been vaccinated with the first instalment after the age of 60 and those who have passed the second instalment vaccination date by registering with this number will also be vaccinated against corona at home.
