Pollachi municipality has a total of 36 wards. There are 39 thousand 543 male voters, 42 thousand 777 female voters and 33 transgender voters out of a total population of 82,353. 89 polling booths have been set up to facilitate voting in the municipal elections to be held on the 19th.
