The couple who turned into murderers to make money at the crossroads
The couple arrested in the murder of a Coimbatore rental car driver had already injected 4 people with poison and it was shocking news that they had chosen this route to make money at the crossroads.
Sanu (age 30) is from Vellalore, Coimbatore. The driver of the rental car was found dead on the roadside in the Onampalayam Bungalow Club area near Vadavalli on the 9th. Vadavalli police rushed to the spot, seized Sanu’s body and sent it to Coimbatore Medical College Hospital for autopsy. An autopsy revealed he had been stabbed to death with a lethal injection.
Vadavalli police have registered a case and are conducting a serious investigation. Following this, Stephen (40), a resident of Kanchipuram, Manampathy and his 2nd wife Amalorpavam (40) were arrested in connection with the case. During interrogation, they confessed to killing Sanu, the driver of the car, out of greed for money.
