Training on Preparation of Spice Powders and Pickles at TNAU

A Two-day training on Preparation of Spice Powders and Pickles will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) on 25-7-2017 and 26-7-2017. The training will cover the following topics:

· Masala  powders · Bitter gourd pickle
· Ready – to – use  pastes · Brinjal pickle
· Mushroom  pickle · Onion pickle
· Banana flower pickle    

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only), directly and can register their names. Participants are requested to register their names on or before 25-7-2017.
