Training on Preparation of Spices Powders and Pickles

A Two-day training on Preparation of Spices Powders and Pickles will be held at Food Processing Incubation Centre, (FPITC), Regulated market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Kothavadi pirivu, Kinathukadavu on 17-8-2017. The training will cover the following topics:

· Masala Powders    
· Ready to use pastes    
· Mushroom pickle    
· Banana flower pickle    
· Bitter gourd pickle    
· Onion pickle    

Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs. 750/- (Rupees seven hundred and fifty only), directly and can register their names. Participants are requested to register their names on or before 17-8-2017.
