Apple has been bringing a variety of features in the iPhones aimed at attracting its customers. In that sense many engineers are currently injecting various new technologies into the iPhones. Currently someone is saying that they are going to auction the waterproof iPhone which can attract a lot of people. This is the world’s first waterproof Type C iPhone.
This type of iPhone was created by Gernot Jöbstl, who showed it in a YouTube video. In that video, Jöbstl mentions that I was inspired by engineering student Ken Pillonel to create this iPhone. Student Ken recently demonstrated that he can install a USB Type-C port on his iPhone X. Based on this, Jöbstl has added waterproof capability to his iPhone X.
For this, he is using a waterproof USB Type-C port on his iPhone. Also some kind of super glue is used in it. In his video, Jöbstl opened the faucet and soaked the phone in running water to show its waterproof nature.
Jöbstl shows that the USB Type-C port works by connecting a mobile to a laptop using a Type-C to C cable. The mobile will be put up for auction on January 19. Jobstl has announced that the “world’s first waterproof Usb-C iPhone” will be auctioned off on January 19 at 5 UTC or 10:30 IST. The iPhone with Pillonel’s USB Type-C port was recently auctioned for Rs 64 lakh.
