Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) member Preethi Sharma Menon has condemned actress Kangana Ranaut for saying that Kangana Ranaut’s opinion is very wrong and an act of humiliation to the country. Preity Zinta had lodged a complaint with the Mumbai Police seeking registration of a treason case against Kangana Ranaut.
Preity Sharma, who took to Twitter after the complaint was lodged, also posted a copy of the complaint. Preethi also claims that Kangana’s opinion is treason under sections 504, 505 and 124A of the Act. In a recent interview to a news channel, Kangana Ranaut’s remarks were condemned by Varun Gandhi, an MP in the Modi-led BJP government, who said it was insulting and treasonous.
